We’ve been seeing a lot of progress among the girls of PALE. We have been receiving almost a perfect attendance from the majority of our partnered schools and good cooperation from their teachers. We held our parent-teacher meeting on the 22nd of June and were able to discuss how our students have been performing.
We are also excited to announce a new self-defense program which will start taking place every Tuesday after 4:00 pm. This new class will be taught by one of our Summer volunteers, Dani Fookes, and she will be teaching karate to our students so that they will be educated on how to defend themselves in critical times.
